"Change is inevitable - except from a vending machine." ~Robert C. Gallagher

Shot this photo two years ago... I love this little old red building, especially in spring time. Alas, a sign has gone up that it is due to be demolished in 90 days. I hate change. I love consistency, routine, and comfort. Even if it means a run down old building.

But change is good, I know. :) So I took these photos this past weekend to say farewell!

Goodbye weird little antique building! I'm looking forward to what moves in! =)

  2. Speaking of awesome red doors! This is right up my alley. If I could photograph old, deteriorating buildings and objects and actually get paid for it, I'd be golden! I hate to see things like this disappear. At least you took pictures. There have been times that I have mentally "taken pictures" of a place a thousand times, always meaning to stop one day, and then the place is gone and I am too late. So glad you stopped. These are gorgeous.
